SEEK INWARD
So you say you love the poor? Name them. – Fr. Gustavo Gutierrez
People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. They know how much you care by what and who you care for.
We have to start with a posture of service. It helps us give expression to the God of Love revealed in Christ. We get our feet on the ground, and hands dirty.
We can’t be the travel agent on the street corner marketing holidays we haven’t been on.

SEEK TO UNDERSTAND
Seek to Understand before you seek to be understood. In our posture of learning we seek to understand our environment and its people. We always start with an Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach.
SEEK TO ACT
We desire an “audible voice” moment when the assets we discover and the needs we encounter speak to each other. It’s like God is saying – This is the reason you are here. This is the gift that is the solution to this problem. It’s a niche. It’s an initiative. It’s a creative solution
SEEK TO SPEAK LIFE
A regional movement that partner with life giving individuals and groups to enrich its people, neighborhoods and environment. This is the first moment we speak on invitation. Our primary objective is to facilitate dialogue and discuss the 5 community development postures. Engagement is the priority.
SEEK TO BUILD TRUST
Trust is an undervalued currency. It the reason our spaces become so separated. Fear of differences or fear of anything create dissonance. Relations are deepend between community members.
